Rolling with Scissors Interview Template

All interviews conducted for *Rolling with Scissors* are edited for broadcast on WORT Community Radio. Our goal is to create a compelling and concise listening experience that fits within our on-air format.

However, we do things a little differently at *Rolling with Scissors*. While the edited version airs on WORT and remains on our website for two weeks—just like all current episodes—the raw, unedited interview is preserved in its entirety on the *Rolling with Scissors* website. This means you’ll always have access to the full conversation, without any cuts or adjustments, allowing you to experience the interview as it happened.

Each interview post on the *Rolling with Scissors* website will feature a prominent image that reflects the subject of the conversation. This could be an album cover, a photo of the artist or interviewee, or another relevant visual that enhances the context of the discussion. We believe that pairing strong imagery with our interviews helps bring the stories to life for our audience.

We believe in transparency and providing our audience with deeper insights into our guests, their stories, and their work. Whether you catch the broadcast or dive into the unedited version online, we invite you to explore the full depth of every conversation.

Please note that the following questions are just a starting point. Our interviews are free-flowing conversations, and we let them develop organically to see where they go. If you are a musical artist, we also ask that you curate the playlist for the remainder of the show you appear on. This means providing us with a list of band names and song/album titles to be played during the broadcast.

2. **Do you think the album is dead?** Is our collective attention span so short that people no longer listen to full-length records?

3. **If you were stuck on a desert island, what 10 albums would you want with you?**

4. **If you got a chance to play with any other artist, who would it be?**

5. **Now that we can make albums in our bedrooms on our laptops, is there something being lost by going somewhere and isolating yourself in an actual studio to get the project done, or do you feel freer because you're in your own environment?**

6. **Open forum: What would you like to tell the people? Is there anything else we haven't covered in the other questions?**
